Salt Cathedral + Villa de Leyva: On our route we will visit one of the biggest catholic temples built underground inside a salt mining complex. After a coffee break we will continue our trip to Villa de Leyva, one of the most beautiful colonial towns of Boyaca, with its cobbled streets and antique houses in an environment that transports us to the past. It highlights the main square being the most extension that exists in Colombia, the main church, the house of Don Juan de Castellanos, La Casa Quintero, Santo Ecce Homo Monastery, the Ictiosaurius museum, etc.
On the road, will have the opportunity to see a couple villages like Ubaté town, Chiquinquirá city, where is located the Basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá patron of Colombians. Ráquira, national capital of clay craftsmanship. On the way back El Puente de Boyacá, famous place where the last battle that sealed the independence of the nation was fought.
